Our walking tours are located at 126 Blaize Avenue, Bay Saint Louis, MS 39520
We will meet at the Blind Tiger in Bay Saint Louis Depot District, MS 30 minutes prior to touring. Meeting location upon arrival is at the red benches directly in front of the Blind Tiger. Waivers will be signed prior to walking and drinks can be purchased to walk with. The physical address to the Blind Tiger is 126 Blaize Ave, Bay Saint louis, MS 39520.
Our boat tours are located in Bay Saint Louis and Pearlington, MS – Please refer to your booking email that was sent to you at the time you reserved your tour. Address and directions to marina’s are below.

How to get to the Mystic Ghost Boat located at the Bay Saint Louis, MS – Marina. Marina on Bayou Caddy: GPS Device Directions: : 5149 Pleasure Street. Bay Saint Louis, MS 39520.
From New Orleans: East on 1-10, exit 2. Take 607 South and follow GPS directions to the marina, Turn into the Marina – go all the way to the end to the brown fishing pier past the shrimp boats. First dock space at the end to the left.
From Biloxi: West on 1-10, exit 13. Take 603 South and follow the GPS, turn into the Marina – go all the way to the end to the brown fishing pier past the shrimp boats. First dock space at the end to the left.
From Biloxi Scenic Route: US – 90 West (Beach Boulevard). Continue through Pass Christian and go over the bridge. Turn left at light onto North Beach Boulevard. Drive towards waveland
and the Silver Slipper Casino. Right on Lakeshore, and left on Pleasure Street – – go all the way to the end to the brown fishing pier past the shrimp boats. First dock space at the end to the left.
From Bay Saint Louis: From Beach Boulevard into Waveland and towards The Silver Slipper Casino, take a right onto Lakeshore, and left onto Pleasure Street – go all the way to the end to the brown fishing pier past the shrimp boats. First dock space at the end to the left.
Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes early. The boat departure times are firm. If you miss the boat there are no refunds. Plan your trip with plenty of time to get to the marina. Please come with bug spray or whatever else you think you might need. There is a porta potty at the marina if you need to use bathroom facilities with hand sanitizer.

From New Orleans: East on 1-10, exit 2. Take 607 South (Highway 90), turn right on 604, and follow GPS directions to the marina, Turn right into the public boat launch – Plenty of parking and your guide will be there to greet you or out on a tour. Mystic Molly will be waiting for you.
From Biloxi: West on 1-10, exit 13. Take 607 South (Highway 90), turn right on 604, and follow GPS directions to the marina, Turn right into the public boat launch – Plenty of parking and your guide will be there to greet you or out on a tour. Mystic Molly will be waiting for you.
From Biloxi Scenic Route: This is the long way but for the sunset cruises a once in a lifetime view. US – 90 West (Beach Boulevard cross over bridge and continue on Highway 90 going through Bay Saint Louis and Waveland, Ms. Turn left on 604, and follow GPS directions to the marina, Turn right into the public boat launch – Plenty of parking and your guide will be there to greet you or out on a tour. Mystic Molly will be waiting for you.
From Bay Saint Louis: From Beach Boulevard Highway 90 into Waveland and towards The Silver Slipper Casino, take a left on 604, and follow GPS directions to the marina, Turn right into the public boat launch – Plenty of parking and your guide will be there to greet you or out on a tour.
